Circus weekend

Well, every weekend is a bit of a circus around here, but this past weekend was more than the usual! Thanks to some terrific offers in November, we had incredible seats in the club level at Philips Arena for the Ringling Brothers Circus on Saturday. Grammy, Poppa, Johnny, Kate and baby Tad joined us for Brooke's first and Bryce's second circus. We enjoyed the acrobats, horses, zebras, tigers, and- mommy's favorite- the elephants. Even more, though, we enjoyed the amazing smile on Tad's face as he attended his first viewing of 'the Greatest Show on Earth'! On Sunday we were the guests of a Pace family at The Big Apple Circus. We were about 10 feet- 4 rows- from the ring as we saw incredible performers amaze us with tricks, acrobatics, feats of balance and beautiful horses and dogs. Bella the clown was a gymnast, acrobat and entertainer that kept Brooke and Bryce, and Mike and Barbara, riveted! Whew! What a wild weekend!
