Thanksgiving 2012

What do you get when you combine 6 kids, 7 adults, the beach house and the first very different holiday of many to come?

A hectic, fun, difficult, roller-coaster of emotions with the not-so-subtle undertone of mischief and, frankly, noise.

We did not get any pictures of Brooke's trip to urgent care Saturday morning, when she woke up sick and unable to keep anything down.  But that wasn't too festive and with thanks to Zofran and popsicles she was feeling better by early evening.

Dad was a good sport with all that 6 kids between 1 and 6 brings.  Beth, David, Kate, Johnny, Barbara and Mike pulled together many meals and activities.  And, surprisingly, the house doesn't seem to be too much worse for the wear.  

It was good, and right, to all be together.
