Remember this picture? Well, believe it or not we have not entirely destroyed the ball pit. SO the pit used for Bryce's birthday 4 1/2 years ago is still much appreciated by the sibs!
Yesterday Bryce teed up in his first Tball game! The Hot Rods participated in the league parade then took the field. Bryce hit, threw, caught, fielded and mostly enjoyed the apples and dip in the dugout, complete with a FULL bottle of red Powerade. A success overall! A special shout-out to Kate, Johnny, Jack and Tad who watched Brooke for a couple hours during the parade. This necessity arose because Barbara had to miss the day.
Crazy mommy decided life wasn't challenging enough. Therefore she, along with Barb Krantz Kappel and Sara Krantz registered for the Spartan Sprint. Google it! After about 5 miles of climbing/ jumping over walls, slogging through mud and COLD creeks, climbing rope ladders, hauling concrete and 40 lb. bags up hills, army crawling hundreds of feet in mud under barbed wire, bleeding from multiple wounds, she is dubbed a 'Spartan'. We all feel accomplished this weekend!!
